Payment
Our suggested method of payment is PayPal. We believe this facility offers the most flexible yet secure payment avenue for our customers. PayPal accepts payment via credit or debit cards, from your bank account, or any available balance in your PayPal account. Please note, there is no fee for you to use the PayPal facility. We also happily accept payment by Direct Deposit.
International Orders
Once the goods leave Australia, any international taxes and/or duties are the clients responsibility.
Sizing Exchange
Should the sizing you choose be unsuitable, Fawn & Fox will happily accept exchanges within 10 working days of receipt of purchase. Any item returned for exchange must be unworn, unmarked and within its original packaging. Please note it will be the customers responsibility to cover additional postage fees.

Stock availability
Fawn & Fox endeavours to retain high levels of stock so our customers are never disappointed. However, if an item is not in stock we will contact you via email to discuss.
